This can cause a lot of damage to shingles and roofing materials. You will need to have a separate contractor come in to fix the foundation, and then after the concerns with the roof will need to be addressed.

Ask about the ventilation system, to make sure that ice dams or other ventilation problems aren't causing water damage to the roof, resulting in a compromised covering. It's important to get to the bottom of the problem so the repairs are worthwhile, and you're not investing money and time into this problem again in the near future.
